December 2022

December has been really cold in the Pacific NW. The temperatures are below average in Arizona too but that means mid 60 and 70’s.  We are supposed to get snow here today but so far it’s too cold.  Kris (daughter) and I have been in Washington all month, coming back for Christmas to be with the grandkids.  Being so far away is the hardest, well the only really hard thing about moving to Arizona. Kids grow so fast. I don’t know how grandparents did it before ‘facetime’.

Since one of the downsides to moving across states is changing insurance I took advantage to this being the last month for health care under my Washington insurance and with providers I have had in like forever. Including the flu shot. The first time I had a flu shot (eons ago) I thought I caught flu but now I’m pretty sure it was a reaction. Since than nothing until now Wowsy, but it only lasted about 8 hours and a day of being really tired.  No real problem as I always plan for a couple of down days.

So TWO DAYS until Christmas. And this is my last post in 2022 so I want to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas or if not Christmas the special day you celebrate and A HAPPY NEW YEAR.
