Cream Puffs – from the kitchen of Jim and Nancy

I love these things. This recipe is from Nancy and I haven’t tried it yet but it’s on my list. It would be a great treat to take to a potluck.

1 Cup Water
½ Cup Butter
1 Cup Sifted Flour
4 Eggs
Bring water & butter to a boil. Turn heat down, add flour, stir fast, add
eggs one at a time beat well each time.
Bake at 400º for 45 minutes. Cool and fill with pudding mix or
whipped cream sweetened or cream cheese and your favorite mixture.
Quick, easy and very good.

  1. Sounds easy peasy. Must give it a try.

  2. Sounds yummy. I’ve never made cream puffs, so I hope this isn’t a dumb question, but how do we put spoonfuls on a cookie sheet to bake?

  3. They do sound good. I just might have to try them.
