Fun Food Monday – Chocolate-Cherry Breakfast Smoothie posted by lavada

I love smoothies and although the recipe says breakfast, it is good any time of the day and best of all it’s only 160 calories.

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup frozen unsweetened sweet cherries ( not thawed)
• ½ cup sugar-free, fat-free vanilla yogurt
• ¼ cup fat-free milk
• 1 Tbls unsweetened cocoa powder
• 4 ice cubes
• 1 tsp honey (optional)

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth. Stir in honey.
Serve immediately.
